Ryzom Goes Open Source
  • slessmanslessman May 2010

Ryzom is going Open Source due to a partnership between Winch Gate and the Free Software Foundation.
Winch Gate will be releasing the game's coding to the general public free of charge so that those interested in video game coding will be able to access the coding for Ryzom and manipulate it as they see fit.
The coding is written in C++. If you are interested in learning this type of coding just search Ryzom Core in a search engine and you will be able to access the coding for yourself.
